I’m Ready To Consign

Join the Our Fabric Stash-aHOLIC community. Sign up to reserve your consignor ID. If you have registered for a previous sale event, you may use your same consignor ID, but be sure to reserve your space and confirm the number with us. MEMBERSHIP NOT REQUIRED TO SHOP

Organize & Purge

Organize and prepare items you are ready to part with. You will receive your system login information and inventory preparation process instructions for checking in the items being submitted for consignment.  Your consignor ID  will be assigned within 24 hours of purchasing your membership.

Schedule Appointment

Contact us to schedule a “Drop off” -or- “Pickup” (fee based on load/distance) of your items. For out-of-state shipments, please coordinate with us beforehand and provide tracking IDs. Inventory must be uploaded in the system prior to its arrival for all memberships, except Carbon Footprint.

Items We Accept

All items should be clean and odor free and can include, but are not limited to: fabric, fabric scraps, fiber, textiles, yarns, thread, notions, sewing machines, beads, scrap-booking and beading supplies, tailoring tools, books, patterns, unfinished projects, quilt tops, etc..,

Payouts

Store credit or cash – your choice. Store credit is available immediately and cash payouts (*) will be made quarterly. For example, items sold Q4 (Oct-Dec) will post to your OFS account during Q1 (Jan-Mar), process for payout at the end of Q1 (Mar) and made available in your financial account by or before the 15th of the first month of Q2 (Apr). * Provided that your account is equal to or greater than $25.00.

Pay It Forward

Donations are accepted. Items must meet the accepted item list and guidelines. Contact us to schedule a drop-off -or- a pickup. For out-of-state shipments, please coordinate with us beforehand and provide tracking IDs.
